BYT T-102 Review: SATA 2.5"/3.5" to USB 2.0/ eSATA Docking Station with a Card Reader and a USB 2.0 HUB, Black. I got the docking station in a very short time after ordering, and plugged it in... and it didn't work. I called the company the next day, and they transferred me to the tech department to see if they could troubleshoot the issue. After determining that the item was not working, they offered to send me another one after they received the first one (they were going to pay shipping).
