Piczel 7006 Review: Piczel® 7006 4CH Internet DVR System w/ 4 Cameras. Well, I knew going in the old sage of "you get what you pay for" so I set my expectations at low and wasn't surprised. It is what it is and that is an inexpensive camera system but it does the job you ask it to do. I set up one of the bullet cameras in my garage to test the IR capability.
